Arthur Joseph Sulley (1853-1930) was a London-based art dealer best known for selling Dutch Old Master paintings, including the record-setting Rembrandt van Rijn’s ''The Mill''.
==Personal life==
Sulley was born in 1854 〔Reist, Inge ed. ''British Models of Art Collecting and the American Response: Reflections across the Pond.'' Farnham, Surrey, United Kingdom: Ashgate Publishing Ltd., 2014.〕 in Nottingham, England to Selina Sulley and Joseph Sulley, a jeweler. He was the second-oldest of five children. He married Louisa A. Gordon in 1880 and settled in Hampstead Village, a London suburb.
